TIL that Legion ( David Charles Haller ) is the son of Professor Charles Xavier and Gabrielle Haller.

On the Isle of Man, the word "rat" is believed to bring bad luck, so they use "longtail" as a euphemism.

It was in one of those "cursed images" video, I don't know if the owls were stuffed or alive or just models of real featherless owls, but they looked pretty cursed.

I have realized why I very rarely get partial shutdowns when driving. I don't get stressed or anxiety etc. Today over a 13 hour round trip, where 12 of those hours we had four of us in the car (Who were nice quiet passengers! The did talk but nothing that would cause me to panic etc... 12 hours with a few breaks stopping off at certain places as we were showing one man the area (Mum and brothers wife came). Car averaged about 55 mpg as it showed 54.9 but it would have dropped a little when I put car away in the barn, so though we travelled many miles, most of which were down country lanes I don't believe I used too much fuel.
Yet just a few hours in a work enviroment and I am getting so many issues that I can hardly stand up, let alone work.
So it is stress and/or anxiety which are causing the shutdowns.

So, the two major leaps forward for me in recent months are:
1. I have found what it is that I have been struggling with for so many years.
2. I have found the cause.

It is a damp morning. It may seem dull damp and dismal, but I actually enjoy this type of weather as it keeps people indoors where I can come out to play! Haha!
