Sprays of Carolina Jessamine burst into bloom, perfuming the air with a hint of spring.

After a lot of hard work breaking up ice and throwing it out into the yard to melt (from driveway and walkway) I was very sore - VERY sore. Sure I'd be feeling it for the next week... but somehow, today I feel fine.

I'd been severely overworked before I retired, and was an exhausted mess with very little reserve of strength or healing when I finally escaped. That was late 2015. I wasn't sure I'd ever recover. This is a huge improvement and I'm really hopeful now.

Ready to dance, even. (Skip to the sixteen second mark to avoid camera wobbles.)

Happy Birthday for yesterday :flower:

Remembering that I don't know what the future holds. It could be something nice.
