Maybe it appears, to NTs, that "you don't care about anyone except yourself!" ("You" means shortfatbalduglyman), because my desires are often in the minority

For example, oftentimes :ninja: , in a group, I am the only one that is afraid of dogs. A couple weeks ago, Jessica Lewis got all over the news, when Dr Kennedy let Lewis take her dog Luna to class, so that Lewis could evacuate, on time.

And the media praised the instructor, student and dog.

But if I was in that class I would be:
Scared of dog
Distracted
And, if I did not feel too intimidated, I would ask Jessica to take the dog outside the room.

And, if I did anything like that, precious lil "people" would have thought that I do not "care" about anyone except myself

But, in reality, maybe everyone is just as selfish as me, but it does not appear that they are selfish, because they want the same thing

That happened to me yesterday, two or three times when I was taking my dog out. There were even dry spots on the pavement, but once we stepped outside, there was the rain again.
