I'm worried, Mr. Darmok. I think if this plan of his to get me and Mary off the Board doesn't work, he might kill us all especially at the clubhouse - there is no way out of there. Mary's husband is going to start taking his gun down to the clubhouse meetings. I really don't think he can get 51 signatures for his plan to work. I still remember when I was going down to the clubhouse this last time, him and his wife were standing right at the door and staring right at me. It didn't occur to me at that time what we were going to be in for. He had threatened Mary's husband right after that and that's when the police were called. The police asked Mary if this guy has any mental problems because of the things he's doing. He even jumps out at Mary's husband from behind cars at night when he's coming home from work. I don't think he's going to let this go. He's going to make someone pay for what happened to him.

he has mental problems if anger is a mental problem, which it usually technically isn't. he's dangerous. anger, not mental illness, is a big risk factor for becoming a shooter. i wouldn't wait to report this to the police. he threatened your friend. that's assault. let him know it's only because of your generosity he isn't serving six months (the ohio punishment for that). maybe a formal talking to will put the fear of god into him. or make him really mad. you know him better than i do. it's your life. it's your call. i wish i could do something more to help.

Mary told me exactly what he said and how he said it tonight too - he thinks Mary and "P" (the other lady he threatened) are the two that got him removed from the board. Mary said he was on his deck this one night and she walked past his condo building and he looked down at her and said "I know what you and "P" did and I'm going to kill you." I bet that is what he threatened "P" with out in the parking lot that made her call the police. It just keeps going through my mind - who says that they are going to kill someone like that except a crazy person who is crazy enough to do it? And this petition thing that was concocted - someone put a lot of time into it. It has to be him behind it because he can't get over being removed from the board. I'm surprised he hasn't threatened me yet since I'm on the petition. Lord help us.

The police already know and they said they can't do anything until he does something.

The police also told Mary that he and the guy neighbor across from me were already at the police department and reported Mary for something. The guy had said at the meeting that he had went to the police and reported Mary and said that now she is on 24 hour surveillance. I thought he must be joking until the police confirmed it. The police said they already knew some things about him so I guess they have had a problem with him before.

Can Mary get a restraining order? Even that probably wouldn't work except to keep him away from meetings. That would probably make him even madder. I'm staying in my condo with the alarm on and my guns loaded. I don't think I'm going to go to the meeting next month - especially if this thing doesn't go as he has planned. I'm scared.

Wow that is a really bad situation, and the police won't do anything unless he actually 'does something' he's making threats and apparently harassing Mary's husband? You guys all need to be safe keep doors and windows locked and be ready to call the cops when he does try to 'do something'. I mean yeah I don't think cops should jump on someone just because they look out of place or things like this, but this guy is actually harassing you and people you know and they wont do anything? But yeah I'd say it the police wont do anything at this point you and your friends should take precautions and not let your guard down....I mean seems like he is acting like a dangerous stalker.

Really excited for Christmas. We are decorating the house this year. I'm not doing a list because my mom is giving us $500.00 this year to spend on our lists and she's getting surprises. She is also making awesome food. My mom makes awesome food all year. She's the best! :heart:

Every time I show my mom a job I want to apply for to see if the location is something she can get me to for work, she lists all the reasons the job wouldn't be a good fit for me and/or says the distance is very inconvenient. Then when I say "So I shouldn't apply for it, then?" she says, "No, go ahead and apply." If you want me to apply for it, why do you make it sound like such a bad thing?
