Ducati is cool, of course but I like the old bikes better.

'The English RR with two wheels'; Brough superior SS 100. Wikilink. ~Quote, 'the first 69 SS100’s were produced in 1925 and at £170 a piece'. No need to wrap it up but I like four of them, please.
(Yeah, yeah, different value of the Pound, but still)

This is a fine looking bike, imo.

Those s*ckers are quite rare nowadays and I'm not sure with the crisis and all but a solid good original one can easily be sold for, believe it or not, over E150,000. It's true (for a good 1925 Brough superior 100, that is)

Vintage machines are pretty expensive. I don't no why but I think older designs possess a certain charisma which modern vehicles seem to lack. The car I want now is either an old mini, or the vw beetle. I suppose those two examples say it all. They tried to update those cars, but the originals are still superior, well to me anyway.

Same here and with me it goes for quite a lot of things. Architecture or styles of houses, cars indeed, motorcycles, furniture and bikes even.

And yeah, good choices, either an old mini, or the VW beetle are cool. Shame I don't drive but if I did (and had the money for it) I would definitely go for an older styleful car.

*hunks horn twice*

Always had a, lets say, soft spot for this fella, either this coupe version or the four doored one.

Yeah, cool car, very reliable. They stopped making it about 4 years ago (mexico), so repair pieces are easily available.

Yeah, it is a nice car. Reliabity?, well from what I've heard a decent second hand one might not be so. Apparently the reason is that european car makers, (of older cars) don't produce them as well as they usually do when they change them to a right hand drive. (apart fom the brits of course)...

Maybe this is a lot of nonsense, I guess I'll have to get one to find out.

What car is that by the way Erminea???

You know I had a feeling it was a Peugeot :)

Nice gasket, was that the one ali baba stole from the cave?

Talking about old stuff (furniture, architecture etc), after playing the game MAFIA, I now have a bit of a dream to create at least one room straight out of the 1930's. Well its a far off dream, but hey you never know....
