^Well, the perfect 100% original, low mileage cars are expensive. That GT500 would cost around $150K+, and the Super-Bee(426 Hemi) would be between $50K and $75K depending rarity of options, but they are both extreme examples. That Camaro would cost around $40K, and the Catalina would only be around $20K. Only the really rare cars are $45K and up, with a Hemi-Daytona or Hemi-Superbird costing $400K or more. You can have almost any common muscle-car(Camaro, Chevelle, Charger, GTO, Mustang, etc...) in really nice shape for around $30-40K, if you don't have to have the absolute best in the world. Add another $20K for a nice Corvette Stingray(63'-67').
Is that fairly equal to what they cost over there? I imagine they are more expensive, after you told me what it cost for a new Ford F-150(like $80K if I remember correctly), where you could buy the same truck here for around $40K.
EDIT: On a local trade site, there is a 1969 Super Bee like that black one on the prior page, only it is a beautiful hemi orange. It has 440 Magnum and a 4-speed manual, has been restored to beautiful condition, and is listed for $20K or best offer. That is an awesome deal for a beautiful car. There just aren't any high paying jobs in the area, so everything is cheaper than usual around here. That is both good and bad.
Those prices that I listed at the top, are typical of what you would find across the country.
