My friends in Utrecht have a whole collection of old motorbikes but also 2 Volvo Amazons. Pretty looking cars, imo. The design was inspired on American cars in those days but I don't know which one(s) anymore but looking at the design of the Amazon, it figures a bit.

Little question, how is it going with Saab, these days? The 99, I always liked a lot as a kid but I do not see them much around anymore. Shame really.

12 hours of silence, exactly. Wake up, thread.

But anyway.... felt like posting this,

Two hours ago I was on my way to the grocery store. Just got on my bike when a little fellow, a neighbourhood kid on his bike also, came round the corner with high speed and we bumped into each other full frontal. Quite hard.

It's a quite save neighbourhood because the road to the houses here is a dead end (?) and cars have a speed limit (<10 kms per hour, I think). Makes one careless a bit, I suppose. But I was not looking in front of me and he rode on the wrong side of the little road and I guess that's how these little accidents occur.

Bugger, now my left wrist is hurting and has a scar on it. The index finger on the right hand is bruised also. Hope the stiffness tomorrow isn't real bad 'cos I have to work and surely I'm not going to cancel my third day of working again.

Erminea....hey, that looks like a nasty wound! Put some soft wound cleaner cream on it and a plaster. Otherwise it gets infected if you keep it like that.... My gosh such a bad luck. Im surprised it havent happen to me yet. Im a quite wild biker too, but I try my best to be careful to not hit anyone around
