Either a Siberian Husky or an Alaskan Malamute - wanted either one of those ever since I was a child, due to my former obsession with the animated movie Balto.

No, this isn't a random list of summer songs. I actually compiled this list because I was thinking about making a "summertime play list," so I figured I'd answer the question.

MY QUESTION: Before you realized you had AS, how did you perceive yourself in relation to others? (topical questions: Could you tell you were different? Did you think it was them and not you? Did you think you'd grow out of it? Did you think somehow, magically, everything would turn out ok? How did you feel when you found out?)

I cried lots and had people look after me lots. I thought I was special because I was...me. I got to see what going into the next year groups of school in primary school were like, while others didn;t, but I didn't care. After I found that I had Asperger's at the age of 9 (Though my Mum and other family member had known since I was 4), I realised why I got special treatment.

What do you like to spend your Saturday mornings doing?

Laundry first and while thats going on, I vaccuum and dust. When laundry is all folded and away, I shower and relax the rest of the day.
