I bought lots of high end mountaineering clothes dirt cheap in a charity shop, around £500 worth for £30 and it all looks brand new. I've been looking to buy a waterproof jacket so this was serendipitous.

Strolling around the river park. It's really big and can either walk along the path beside the river or on trails through woods and meadows. Saw ducks, a blue heron and red-winged blackbirds (I love the trilling sound they make) being out in nature makes me so happy.

Had a really strong tailwind on a good length of my bike ride today. Could have used a higher gear. Pedaling as hard as I could with it had me moving fast. Wish I had a speedometer.
