I know. :( I’m afraid I’m going to lose my temper calling “customer service” later. :(

Well, I rescind my remark then, for I've had times where I literally came close to using colorful language, but did not.

Disappointed. All this rigmarole amounted to nothing. Now I get to monitor my bank account to make sure my money is refunded & that my refund of money doesn’t get screwed up as well. I really hope I don’t have to talk to customer service again. :(

Absolutely over the moon. :bounce:

(Don't you love when you finally find a song whose version you've been looking for, for decades on Youtube?)

I've had a similar situation, as I'm expecting a large refund after, I had already paid off an account pertaining to a financing company, but they debited said amount 3 damned times, in fact, ran the actual checque i sent them twice, which you can't do as it would be considered fraud by all accounts;nevertheless, they did it regardless. Luckily, I brought in my credit union on this matter and basically indicated charges of fraud would be sent to the state's attorney general for further action, if this matter is not resolved in less than 21 days.
So, I can understand your pain in literal & symbolic terms

Ew, that sounds messy. :( Hope it gets sorted out soon.

(Here's a wish for you: I hope you are so freaking rich one day that you can get other people to go to the bank and talk to customer service for you. I hope you don't even have to carry your own wallet).

:P

Ditto, at least we can collectively not ignore each other though.
