Being reminded by cecilfienkelstien that I've yet to have a coffee. I knew something was missing.

It was months after hurricane Irma that I found two of my favorite orchids under a pile of downed branches and they looked quite dead. With all the current warm rain and high humidity, both have put out a tiny new shoot each.

The Haldol/Haloperidol I ordered over a month ago FINALLY came in. A G.I. Joe game I ordered for NES came in today too & I also got a check for $1.20. The check is from my Medicare part D plan. I had surgery on my nose a few years ago cuz the inside was alittle crooked & I had a couple prescriptions filled after. The check is reimbursement for some of the costs. Odd considering how the max I paid for a perspiration at the time was $1.15 or $1.20 due to my Medicare Extra Help Plan that Medicaid pays for. I guess the meds were supposed to be even cheaper.

A good Toastmasters meeting last night

Rafael Nadal won his first match at the French Open in straight sets, needing a tiebreak in the third set to do it.

Canadian teenager Denis Shapovalov won his first match.
