Standard American, I think. Though, I've been told that I sound foreign. Someone even said I sounded British. I do tend to drop the "H" in the beginning of words, "'aven't" as opposed to "Haven't."

can you say which region [northwest/southwest, Midwest, north middle, south, southeast, northeast] you are from?

It is, but once you get right down into the deepest parts of Southland, the accent is unusual and foreign - they roll their "R"'s when they speak.

my Rs are relatively muted [like japanese] but my L's are strong.

you can't say the "EERRR" part of the American hard R sound without pursing your lips somewhat.
