EXCAVATORS AND DOOR CLOSERS
10/22/2012: I dreamt that my brother owned a business that I went to. As I was walking toward the business I saw a couple of yellow excavators and a locomotive standing on its end. I walked back there to check out the 2 excavators. Then when I came around to the front of the business and toward the double glass doors I looked up and seen a bunch of door closers at the top and to the side of these glass doors. There were potbelly door closers like Russwins and I also saw other kinds of door closers that look like LCNs. As I walked through the doors I looked up and was feeling sad that all of those door closers were getting rained on. Once I got in the business and started talking to my brother, he said that he will have to sell the business. After we talked for a few minutes I went in a fancy looking bathroom that was so small I could hardly turn around. I looked up and seen this really fancy looking bright gold door closer working as the door closed behind me. After I came back out I started talking to my brother again when I looked through the large glass windows in the store front where all of the door closers were and I saw several more yellow excavators along with some other heavy equipment across the highway where people was looking at them. I told my brother that I was going to walk across the highway and look at them. I had some trouble getting across because the highway had a lot of traffic. Once I got across I walked through a door in a building and seen yet another door I had to walk through. But, instead of a door it had some heavy cloth attached to the top of the frame.
Comment: Colors and voices. Bit of an unusual dream since the locomotive was standing up on end and all of the door closers were on the outside of the door getting rained on. Since there may be a message in this dream I decided to enter it into my misc dream file.

I dreamt that I was cleaning my fingernails in a pot of boiling water. It didn't scald me, but it wasn't very efficient either.

I didn't dream anything last night.

Last night's dream:

I was dreaming I was running for public office as a third party candidate and speaking with a high-pitched voice.

dirtdigger, nice dream, hopefully the closers outside part will not mean anything bad going to happen with your collection of closers, i knew it, sooner or later door closers will show up in your dreams,

my dream from last night,

I was in an English class at the high school and teacher decided to start telling us what she will teach about and she then started writing on the chalkboard and said about vocabulary words, i then spouted out saying "why do we need to be taught how to spell or need weekly spelling tests, we are all in 12th grade now and I'm sure any of us can look it up on our smartphones or dictionaries, we are not in elementary school, please, teach the grade level we are in!" next thing i know I'm in a hard to push wheelchair rolling around in the hallways to the next class (science) passing by the rooms and looking up at the closers on the doors to see that some of them were missing and some not adjusted properly, when i finally got to science class I then found my Norton (the closer in my display image) on the table waiting for when the teacher wanted me to write something, i then woke up to my dad turning on the TV and my foot on my newest addition to my closers collection, a Rixson #28 floor closer i got last week

Dreamed that I had to go some place where I started talking to some people. While I was talking I just happened to look down at my arms and my skin color was black. Though it was warm out I had a pair of work gloves on. I started looking at my new colored skin with amazement and joy.

Comment: Colors-it felt like I was at a construction site ready to go to work. Not sure where it was. I also see black skin so beautiful and it was probably a wish on my behalf to be black. I was born and raised in an all black neighborhood for about 12 years and went to a black school. The reason we moved is because my dad sold the house and we would had to pay rent since we lived upstairs after my mom divorced my dad. When we moved here it was really strange living with white folks. We had so many wonderful friends in the neighborhood I was born and raised in. And I still think of some of them to this day.

CALLED BACK TO WORK AND BACKHOE WORK
10/28/2012 Dreamt that I saw someone on a strange looking backhoe loader smoothing out dirt on the property where I last worked. The guy complained the whole time about doing this job. I never thought anything about it until I along with Joe and other familiar faces were called back to work. We were all gathered around to be assigned our jobs and I was assigned to put parts in a small machine. But, I wasn't sure what the machine did though I have seen it before when I worked there before. But, my mind drifted back to the guy on the backhoe loader. I was shown how to operated the machine but I had some time before I went to work and started looking for the supervisor of that guy that was complaining about what he was doing outside, to tell him that I would love to do that work on the backhoe loader. Then the dream ended

Comment: This dream was in colors and there were voices though the factory I last worked at before I retired looked about the same-dark and gloomy. The backhoe was a bright yellow and boxy looking like the older ones that are still around. I will be putting this in my dream diaries since there seems to be a message here.

But, I'm not sure if this dream was triggered by a busybody that I know, that lives across the alley coming on the Aspergers Adult Support Facebook page yesterday, and leaving a message that "I should be able to operate a backhoe loader, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah", with a few curse words inbetween. She don't even have Aspergers or not on the Autism Spectrum either. She is just a pain in the ass gossiping about all of the neighbors and people that does contract work, not to mention her being a liar-A BUSYBODY! Anyhow when I saw this woman's message, I felt so violated that I deleted my post and unliked the Aspergers Adult Support facebook page. I also contacted the Admins as to why I did this. This woman had no business on this facebook page. We who are on the Autism Spectrum should have a safe haven to communicate with each other, especially on facebook of all places.

I dreamed I saved a little bird. The bird was cold and very weak, so I got him warm, fed him, gave him some water and then let it fly free.
Also, I dreamed that I was swimming in a lake. It was very difficult at first because the lake was full of tall weed. But then the water cleared.

I dreamt that I vomited on myself while listening to "I just can't wait to be king" on headphones. I was sitting in my old living room with my parents. I was about to vomit again and it was that realistic and scary that it woke me up, and it turned out to be real life heartburn and the acid reflux entered my dream as being sick. It took me a little while to sleep again.

I had a dream this morning that I was in Houston and was already running late for a breakfast meeting in Oklahoma that I absolutely had to attend.

Then my telephone rang and woke me up. It turned out to be my oldest brother wanting to know where I was on the road to meet him to eat lunch about 35 miles away. I had to really scramble to get there.

It turned out that my alarm clock did the time change a week early. A few years ago they changed the dates for switching in and out of daylight savings time and my alarm clock doesn't understand the new time change dates. I didn't notice that it had already changed times before I went to sleep.

Your dream is a good example of a partial fulfillment. I've had a lot of dreams that have been partially fulfilled, mostly fulfilled and then the dreams that has been fulfilled 100% which I call 100%ers.

It was the rushed conditions to eat a meal that fulfills this part of your dream. I can't comment on the locations in your dream since I don't know where the locations are in waking hours. But if you were in Houston or leaving Houston in waking life or were going to Oklahoma (vacation) in real life than this dream was mostly fulfilled.

I have a clock also that change time zones before our time zone actually change. I think I've had it for about 10 or 15 years and it honks me off. I should have taken it back after taking 2 others just like it back because they were taken home to someone's house got badly damaged and then brought back for a refund which was at Walmart. So the last time I started going through all of these clocks while still in the store. They were either damaged or wouldn't work. At last I found one that wasn't all scratched up and did work. I really like this clock and that is why I didn't take the third one back. My clock has been like this since the first year I bought it. It's a shame there isn't anyway to correct this problem.

I had another one of my "movie" dreams. In this one, a wealthy family, of which my character was a niece, an outsider, and a relatively "poor" relation, was getting ready for a wedding. They lived in a large, expensive dwelling in Manhattan that somehow had an indoor swimming pool.

The entire wedding party, including the flower girl and ring bearer were murdered by electrifying the pool while they were swimming. I had gotten out to answer the phone, which was in the next room. I had an argument with my fiance over the phone and when I went back to the pool, I opened the door and the mother of the bride was running to jump in the pool to try to save the ringbearer. I screamed "No!! !" but it was too late. She jumped in and got fried.

The next scene was me and a detective with police and medical people milling around in the background.

Then there was a time-lapse of several weeks and I was back in my efficiency apartment with the nifty fold-out bed, wondering about who had killed my relatives, and why.

I was dreaming that my sister & I joined bands at her school, even though in reality, neither of us can play any musical instrument, despite learning piano when we were both little.

Both the bands we joined, a all-guy group and an all-female group, respectively, competed in a band competition and we both won.

Dreamt that I climb into a private airplane with stubby wings, in the back seat while the pilot of course and his wife was in the front. The plane took off and the pilot started flying it sideways. I thought I would be frightened but I actually enjoyed it. He flew like that for a while and than started flying with the wings horizontal again. Than the plane landed which was really short distance and I never felt the landing. Once again I got in the same plane in the back seat with his wife in the front. He took off again where he landed someplace else to let his wife out. I got in the front seat and we took off again. He than started flying this plane where the fuselage was vertical and we were looking up at the sky. He flew the plane like this for several minutes. This plane really had strange handling capabilities. He than started flying it in the normal position and landed at yet another location. He said he loves flying. I got out and took my things and left.

After I climb in the front set and he took off again, it felt like he was flying a helicopter instead of a plane because of the position of the plane he was flying it in. I think that this is another one of those dreams that was triggered by the events of yesterday too. I was watching COPS when this one Police Officer was being interviewed. He started talking about him flying an airplane and he said he really loves to fly and hope he can become a helicopter pilot on the force.

Here is a dream that I see as prophetic. These dreams takes on a different feeling than many of my dreams which seems to be triggered by the business of the day or dreams that show me past events. This is a real business in Las Vegas and if anyone ever operated heavy equipment on the job or like I did for 2 days doing actual work as if I was in a real construction type setting will find this business a joke. These people tell you about every move, every lever and button you should move or push with no freedom at all to do what you really want to do. And they make sure of that because everyone has to wear earphones with microphones. I want instruction, but once I'm given instruction, I want the freedom to experiment a little like I did in Florida too. I want to actually learn something and a person can't at this business. These people won't even let you think for yourself.

11/10/2012: Dreamt that “Dig This” was really busy and then this business suddenly closed down. Some people and I were standing around waiting to get in. We were talking about why the business closed down suddenly. I said someone must have gotten hurt.
Comment: I saw yellowish gray dirt dug up everywhere, but no excavators or bulldozers. I also heard voices and no activity at the business during hours they should have been opened.

Dreamt that I was somewhere with several people when a woman started singing an old beatiful song. It was one of those songs from the King and I and was familiar to me. I started singing along with the woman and after a view verses I stopped. The woman stopped long enough to tell me she would like for me to sing that I have a pretty voice. So I started singing again and the other people there started singing too.


I've heard this song alot, but I couldn''t remember the name of the song. But, "Climb Every Mountain" kept running through my mind this morning.
