fried green tomatoes:

Green tomatoes are unrip green tomatoes. Slice 1/4" / 6 mm or thinner then coat
with salt allow to stand to allow a little liquid form on the surface. Next place corn
meal in a plastic zipper bag then drop a few of the wet tomatoe slice in. Shake to coat
. Cook in oil till golden brown on each side.
