The current aikido instructor said that he is moving to a different state, in two months

The former aikido instructor asked if he needed a volunteer for the seven am Wednesday class

Maybe that will happen

It's been over seven years since I went to the previous dojo

And I miss the former aikido instructor

Much more than anyone else, in the world

Without exaggeration

Seriously

More than my precious lil "mom"

:D

Lake nearly empty today

Perfect weather

Aikido

Bus on time

Nothing bad happened today thus far

This was a wonderful day because I have an awesome eye doctor who figured out why I was getting headaches and it was an EASY fix. I now have TWO pairs of glasses that work. Even better, at this eye doctor's office, they never think I am crazy or pooh-pooh my symptoms. They take what I say seriously and actually fix my problems. Bless them. And I found this office by accident! ( or karma, or divine guidance, or whatever....) :D :D :D :D :D :D I am so happy! (or the exuberance is due to an extra cup of cuban coffee....)

My health, energy, and cognitive function are returning after steadily declining for the last 4 years. My chronic conditions and pain got really bad and I went through a regression and a burnout. SIBO made my life miserable. I am sooooo happy to have some working memory back again. I have never been so appreciative of my health and my brain.

Oh I’m so happy for you. I once had my cat come home after being away for 5 weeks!

Thank you :) He was only gone 3 days, but once when he was younger he stayed away 2 weeks.

I found Denis Istomin's address on an internet site about celebrity fan letters. (Actually, it's the address of the tennis federation of Uzbekistan, but it's a place to start.)

A few things:

-Went swimming.
-Went sprinting.
-Played chess (by myself).
-Watched some Beavis and Butt-Head.
-Did my usual research on World War 2 and discussed alternate history.

and...
this is gonna sound strange but I happened to look through a box I had of toys I used to play with, and I actually ended up playing with them.

Somebody said that I was handsome the other day (even though I don't think I am).
