I'd like to see Tug of War and Cricket back in the Olympics.

I've been dealing with chronic rhinitis since I was a child. Around age 5.

It was thought to be an allergy.
It wasn't an allergy. :x

And it's one of my biggest insecurities, my biggest source of uncertainty, one of the worst of my problems.
It's the biggest disrupter of most of my waking life.

And no one ever takes it seriously.
Way less seriously than my bodily issues as a human adult female.
No surprises if this shite already gave me complications or will kill me in my sleep.

They'd rather focus autism as a problem  when that's far from the top list of my problems.

Autism doesn't make me into this pathetic, loud and this disgusting shite.
No amount of developmental issues causes me more distress.

There were no clear triggers, no seasonal indications, almost all year, symptoms for good portion of my waking hours, every mornings and nighttime despite not going anywhere, not doing anything, not even dietary changes.

Meds are not consistent.
Whether I take it regularly or not.

Hormones and metabolism changes are added into the mix.
Narrower nasal anatomy is also added into the equation.

Water makes it worse when it's supposedly the most common 'solution' to lessen mucus production.

Netti pot doesn't do anything.
It's like it doesn't matter what I ate or drank. Or do. Or even where I go.

It turns out that my main trigger is higher humidity.
And I live in the tropics my whole life.

It took 20 years to figure even a slight chance of controlling it.

Since then, I have an even stronger justification and desire to have my own space just to have no fricking upper respiratory flare ups.

Or leave this country.

My favourite song is an old German folk song that doubles as a Christmas song. I wonder if the British feel the same way about Greensleeves.

I just took this test - I got only 15 points out of 36 - the average number of points one gets is 26.

I've never tried tequila. Or rum. Or brandy.

In fact the only spirits I've ever tried are vodka (once in New York when I was 17 and I puked outside a deli on 42nd Street), gin (when I made sloe gin once) and whiskeys and boubons (plenty of those).

Despite not being religious at all, I am considering changing my avatar here to a nun or some other religious iconography.

I spend way too much time on YouTube, but it pays off sometimes.

I let my goatee grow hoping to be able to plait it.
It refused to go past 4 inches, so I abandoned aiming for the honorific "venerable" 8O

I've found 3 great songs on YouTube in a 5 day period. The Italian song, Hula Hana and my personal favourite, Schubkarrn.

All I need to do is find that elusive hippie song about a girl with her red headband on.

I've made so many cool avatars over the past week that I might not want to go back to war after the Olympics. Going back to war means using Schultz as an avatar.

When I attended the high school, I was one of 33 girls in our class (there were only 3 boys besides us) - I was the tallest of them (but for one girl who was the same height as myself, maybe even like one centimeter taller) :D
