I have started with meditation today, in order to bring my anxiety to an acceptable level, and it worked! I have tried so many times, but nothing seemed to work for me. I don't want to get up in the morning feeling tense already, and i would rather not rely on so much medication anymore, so i need to try other things and this was the one thing i have always tried to not practice due to its sometimes very odd connotation
