I am also a know it all to the people I see personally. I can be something of a charlatan at times, simply because it's easier to make stuff up than to admit I don't know about it.

I confess I am worried about my 16-month old little girl. She has a fever of 105 and I am away from home taking my final government class for certification. They believe it is from her MMR shot last week, since she has no other symptons, but for babies it is rough knowing they feel so bad.
