I found exactly the garden statue I've been wanting, badly, as a memorial to a wonderful cottontail rabbit who lived in my yard and raised her little ones here for several years. Now two of her daughters are raising their babies here. You can't see it in this pic, but they got the tail absolutely perfect.

That is amazing!!
And would you believe, the statuette is made in Canada? It is, really.
(@Trog) Fox kits... I love them... but am sadly glad we don't have foxes in my neighborhood, because of the bunnies.
(One of my neighbors tamed Little Mama, as I called her, enough so that she'd come up onto his porch and sit up, like that statue, next to his patio door, to let him know she was there. Every day around teatime. He'd go out and feed her bread. When her babies grew big enough, she'd bring them up onto his porch and teach them to ask for dinner too. She was very maternal - once sat on a nest through three days of rain, which I know because she had nested right next to my house, on the leeward side which was also higher ground. She was protecting her babies from the wet, and I was chewing my fingernails to the quick worrying about all of them. This much investment in the little ones is apparently unusual for Eastern cottontails. I loved her to pieces.)
