If I had not knocked out Mr. T, wound up getting arrested by the NY city police department,
chased Dick Clark's @$$ all over the place, had my way with Liberace,
Do you think they'd hate me as much as they love you? Shut up I'm not done yet..

That's funny--I was recently talking about getting a pet plant. I'm thinking a tiny tree or a cactus--something sturdy, as I have a bit of a history of killing flowery plants. :(
Yeah, I'm not so good at keeping my pet plant healthy. She's just some sort of leafy plant that sits on my table. I had to leave her at my last apartment for a week without food and water and she almost got dead :(. She's starting to look more alive now though :D.

I like her very much... She's a very good pet for my sensory issues :D.

A tree might be good and sturdy as a pet... how can you pet a cactus :??

My son with AS, my pride and joy. He doesn't have to worry about me not understanding, because I do. Oh yes, I do. He's a very comfortable person to be alone with, for which I am thankful.

Image I need to not read your posts when I'm at work! Sooner or later my boss is going to ask me if the articles I'm translating are really that funny.
Do you literally pet your pet plant? ^_^ I don't know why this makes me laugh so much, since just last weekend I was at the store feeling up their cactii (I wanted one that has few enough spikes that I can still touch it--they can be quite soft, you know). I guess I work on the assumption that I'm the only one who does these sorts of things.

Hehe, I was exaggerating a little bit, but sometimes I do like to gently rub the leaves with my fingers. They feel very nice (Kinda silky)... I don't do it alot though because I don't want to hurt her :).

Sometimes attempting to communicate is an exercise in futility.

(A top hat appears and floats over)

Me: (My head appears, wearing the hat) "Good morning, everyone!" (Rest of body appears) "This is your Friendly Resident Ghost saying: I find traveling by hat to be a unique experience, but I will always love traveling by train the most."

Mad Hatter: (Approaches) "See? What did I tell you?"

Me: "You were right. By the way, have you seen Alice?"

Mad Hatter: "That wee little boy?"

Me: "'Boy?' Hatter, Alice is a girl."
