For many reasons.

Primarily, I believe, because they tend to be close together while racing.

I got woken up after a couple hours of sleep by feeling heavy base at 4 in the morning. I suspect the neighbors were listening to something too loudly in their bedroom for 1ce instead of the living room. I really hope this will not become a regular occurrence in addition to the extremely heavy base they play downstairs. We have to go or stay upstairs a lot during the afternoon because the base is too loud downstairs. HOW THE HELL ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GET AWAY FROM BASE SO LOUD IT GIVES US HEADACHES IF THEY'RE GOING TO PLAY IT UPSTAIRS TOO NOW IN ADDITION TO DOWNSTAIRS :? WE'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO BE HOME. WE REALLY NEED TO MOVE THE F#CK OUT OF HERE.

I haven't watched horse racing in years because victory and disasters of this kind always seemed to come close together. It's awful.

Horse racing should be banned!

Drudging through another day in the Mental Hospital. I've been here too long.

If it gets really bad after hours aren't you allowed to call the police?
But, I know if that sort of thing is constant that may not be the best thing to do.

Yeah I can't understand why people don't just use headphones. I've always preferred using them to speakers. Maybe it's because I avoid hanging out with my family in the living room like the plague, but I don't understand it. Also, I feel my bluntness made me come across as an a-hole yesterday when I was dealing with my mom. Like she said something about it and I was thinking "Sorry, but it's really hard for me not to occasionally be rude(even though I try not to be) when I'm so blunt." Might've had something to do with general frustration in life but I really didn't like making her mad.

Yeah we do have a noise ordinance here from 10 to 6. I will call the cops if this becomes a regular thing at night. I didn't notice it last night thou so I'm hoping it won't be.

Your not that at all, for I'm the pest, burden, bore, and annoyance to most people both online and offline..So, don't see yourself in such a perspective, okay?
