((hugs)) I hope everything's OK blackicemenace.

Thanks. I'll be okay, nothing new. I just feel awful.

I hope you can get those BPs under control and avoid what happened to me.
Alcohol might could help in the moment if you only drink enough to get a slight buzz, NO getting drunk. My girlfriend's psychologist actually suggested she drink a little wine before bed to help relax her mussels & help her sleep. That suggestion was after she tried LOTS of meds. Beta-blockers might help blackicmenace. They can help lower blood-pressure & some like Inderal/Propranolo are sometimes used to help anxiety.

Thanks, my family on my father's side has a history of high blood pressure. I am watching it, it was 140/96 72 earlier today.

A letter from the place that issues food stamps that I see as potentially dangerous.

I heard from the defrauding entity that, they were going to issue me a refund check due to their corrupt activities, but did a complete 360 on that notion..

Wondering how a formal diagnosis of Asperger syndrome will affect my ability to reach all the goals I have set for myself. I don't want to accept a life of being "less than." I have felt that way all my life and want to get rid of that feeling.

Well I almost had a meltdown three or four times today because a computer science assignment was due and I had to rush it. Didn't get it done, so I guess that means more bullets to my self esteem(if any was even left).
