the most familiar music to my ears EVER. because this whole series is my white noise since 2010 always on repeat forever mode NON-STOP. not the music the whole episodes

i noticed that certain food makes me hyperactive and gives me anxiety the same time. i guess i need to cut out sugar completely, or at least limit my intake.
