I'm not sayng that The Kinks are all that I care about. I'm just saying that they made up my only childhood memories that are worth my keeping. I would have had day filled with mistakes and self-hatred and a Kinks song would turn that into a good day, in 4 minutes or less.

Every day that happened, I'd tell my parents that I had a good day, at the dinner table and they'd say, "I saw you when one of your favourite songs were playing on the radio, this afternoon."

Good evening WrongPlanet..... It seems that I thought I just suddenly make a return back into the forums again and as you may have figured, I got hacked so I weren't pleased with what has happened so far.

I thought I needed to take a break from here for a whle just to clear my head a little but I may not be on here too frequently so I will pop round once and a while or whatever.

I'm guessing nothing has changed much? Maybe it has?

Time to spread the positive on the forums again.

I never had one as a kid, but watching my kids play with one right now makes me wish I had. The closest I ever had was a real tent set up in the back yard. lol

Yes, I'm pretty sure that's all it was. Before I went to bed I heard about 3 footstep-like creaks upstairs, and that made me feel a bit of dread because I was making enough noise downstairs that somebody in theory could have broke in upstairs without me knowing

. Then after those three step sounds it stopped. I then went up to my room and closed the door. Then I heard the steps again down the hall. That freaked me out... then I checked and nothing was there. I then got ready for bed, and when in bed I stared hearing some other cracking and creaky noises, so I ended up falling asleep with with the light on because I was too freaked out

I don't know what was making that noise last night. It was very eerie

.

Hmm... and I don't think my pet plant was walking around making that noise
