Every time someone pressures me to accept help it turns out to be useless or ends up causing more stress.
Now my medication's all stuffed up and I have to go and sort it out myself.

Yeah and how do we know for sure my scratches are caused by my cats? Maybe there's a demon hiding in my room too?

That could be what Friday is always chasing in my bedroom.

in broad room light, have you witnessed either of your cats' eyes tracking an object in mid-air that you couldn't see?

Friday does it all the time, and he will constantly chase invisible things in my bedroom and run into the walls making loud noises. Spooky... 8O

demons? people can behave badly enough all on their own as can nature - zero need to invoke demons.

I have one cat too, and she sleeps with me but it doesn't look like her scratches. I kind of thought it could be myself but I'm actually unsure if it's are scratches at all?? I think is some weird sort of hives. I took an anti-allergic pill and will wait to see if does get better, but I got really scared in morning.

that would scare me as well, especially considering I've awoken with a ginormous spider dangling on a web just millimeters from my nose. :o

I thought it could be an insect too... Once I woke up cause I was stung by a wasp!! It was on the wall, and I think I touched it while moving sides. It was so painful!! It felt like an electric shock and my arm got swollen for days.

I would be so angry at that wasp that i'd smash it to smithereens with a shoe.

For the fifth time, I ate an entire 470 calorie trader Joe's hummus veggie wrap, two hours after breakfast. Bloated, ashamed, guilty.

Winter.

Being told by my mother to turn off fan in the living room before bed that blows excess smoke out that escapes from dad's room.

Sorry, I'm not going to do that if he keeps smoking at 11pm. at night.

It gives me panic attacks or anxiety to smell it.

small bugs, dust, whims. one of my cats periodically races down the hall just because he likes to run.

you must not be overeating because you're not gaining weight. even if you were gaining weight, your overeating would likely be a symptom of a disease, depression, and not a moral failing. do you blame an asthma patient for gasping for breath? take it easy on yourself (and everyone else - might make finding friends easier. don't put up with abuse, but bad grammar doesn't make a bad person, for example.)

i'm aware that picking on one's self is also a symptom of depression so probably can't be completely stopped, but, at least, talk back to those negative thoughts and feelings because they're mostly not true.

I'm not very quick on my feet. A guy in town called me a ******* **** because I couldn't get out of his way quick enough. Unfortunately things like that tend to ruin my day.
