I lost about 3 pounds in the past few days. The diet I am on is apparently working (avocados, eggs, fish, berries, etc.), as well as measuring food amounts, and so far I haven't given in to my hunger.

I am happy my grandpas health is good other then his bladder cancer. It hasn't progressed at all. The doctor and her intern were amazed how good he was being 95. They said they wouldn't be suprised if he lived to be 100. His sister lived to be 105 and he had a brother live to 97 and another to 96.

Oh thanks. He is a real fighter. he told me he wants to live until Trump is out of the White House.
