relative paucity of RBCs. will find out more later in the week. I always had a premonition that my life would not be as long as what the bible allocates for mere mortals [3 score and 10].

red blood cells are in borderline territory. last blood test a year ago had them as normal. so something weird may be going on with my bone marrow or something like that. my late mother passed from a similar illness a decade ago.

hope you're right. at the same time I am dealing with vision issues. :| I adopted a low-acid regimen last year, to mixed effect in terms of inflammation reduction.

not keto, but no refined carbs, limited amount of fish oil for omega 3. eatin' lotsa brown rice and beans these days. whole coconut milk for medium-chain triglycerides, a healthful fat. made the mistake of going low-cholesterol and my body started to fall apart. cholesterol is a building block the body needs to keep things patched up, it is when one's body is too acidic that the process goes awry and causes atherosclerosis.

Rice and beans are high in lectins, which cause inflammation.

subtract them and I have basically nothing else left I can eat.
