@Ms.Berg There is a big cemetery behind my house so I have made many Raven friends. I feed them every day, with all the other birds, and they seem to recognize and react to me fondly. When I go somewhere and come back home, a lot are sitting above my door and yelling at each other with their heads sideways looking at me. Makes me happy coming home.

Here is the feather, made with my laptop camera. Not the best camera though:

That’s a beautiful feather. I get a bit obsessive about collecting eagle feathers when I go on bike rides. Do you have eagles in your area too. That looks like an eagle feather to me.

I have ravens in my neighbourhood too. They’re always making me smile.

I have a new work contract and a few more lined up. I’m happy to have something to keep my mind busy after a nice relaxing summer.

Buying the textbook that I need for my upcoming Fall Term class which will begin on September 24th.

However, the price for the textbook was close to $230. 8O

My girlfreind's sister paid me back the $80 she owed me & treated me & Cass to Papa John's. Her sister took us there to thank me for paying for her meal when we went to the county fair last week. I'll be surprised if she's not borrowing money from me by the end of the month thou. She sometimes pays me money back at the beginning of the month but she's almost always borrowing money by the end of the month. It's been months since she paid me back in full.

I'm going home!
I'm getting my glasses repaired!
I'm stopping at a rare book shop!
I should be home by midnight, all things considered!

Rafael Nadal won a hot, sweaty, nearly five-hour match against Austria's Dominic Thiem that went to a fifth-set tiebreak! I was excited to find out he won!
