It doesn't majorly upset me but I think it's a bit off that mum sees our family in these groups: autistics/dyslexics/neurotypicals.
We're all people.
We're all geekier than average people except one cousin and my auntie. We're all cleverer than average people if the stats based quiz games we play are anything to go by (we regularly all get answers right where it says '20 something per cent of people know this')
She was saying it as an excuse to lose a quiz type game. But she just kept going on and on.
It was spoken out loud anyway. There are other ways of learning and she isn't stupid. She isn't even that bad at reading.
She also splits us up into deaf and hearing.
I think she finds it funny.

Not unhappy, just a bit panicked, wondering how I will handle things if I find myself completely alone. I don't know if I'm up to the task.

You'll manage very well, Istomin! I've been on my own living independently for 30 years without even knowing my diagnosis.
You are even more outgoing and proactive about self-care than I am. ((Hugs))

I think you will manage to function even if such things do seem daunting, I know such a feeling in literal terms

Woke up 5am to bird bits all over the bed. Ugh! Only feathers so that was a blessing.

Do tell! That sounds quite enchanting to me! Was there a pillow fight or a cacophony of birds at feeli0's?

Fiance being snarky ... proven incorrect but being justified is not erasing an attack : c
