If I knew what I did to make it not sore I would do it to everything else.

it could very well be that the brain part that registered the soreness, simply got tired and said "i'm done."

^ that's a very good point.

I've been doing some upper body physical work lately - I'm wondering if I might have inadvertently clicked it back into alignment.

I'm making some stuff for my garden to make things a bit easier, mobility-wise.

hmmmmm…. :chin: I don't know what your specific body part that was sore is, but I do know that the exercise outdoors clears up cognitive cobwebs, oxygenates the brain, makes stiff muscles looser while toning them, increases blood flow to general areas including the sore ones, generates endorphins, has multiple benefits. when I am working outside, my pains temporarily abate as well. then when I sit back down on my @$$ the stiff soreness returns. :|

I went out today and only felt mildly anxious. I was only out for a short bit but I feel really proud of myself.

I had a really emotional moment at the Brasilia Cathedral. I hadn't entered that before, and it was so powerful I cried. It's really a beautiful transcendental place. I also visited the Itamaraty Palace, I dream of working there, it's beautiful too.

I went walking to a beautiful garden area in the evening breeze, had hot chocolate and sat in car listening to radio station that plays 70's and 80's music. Good evening.

I appended the superior ending of the mono version [which I crudely stereoized] of Art Garfunkle's "all I know" onto the stereophonic version. :dj:
