Just started my Half Term leave from work! While I love my job, it felt SO good to drive away and have no "Miss, Miss Miss??! !" for a few days.

I went to the Dietitian and I'm now down to 209 pounds and she says I am doing very well. Also my body mass index is now 25.2 and I am almost in the overweight stage instead of the obese stage.

I took a bike ride to a Neolithic long barrow called Wayland's Smithy, it's one of my favourite places.
