Well done, IstominFan!

Getting back online after 2 days with no Internet. No explanation, it just failed to respond.

I'm taking care of the dog of a girl who study with me. He is very polite and nice. We went for a walk today and it was so fun... It make me want adopt a dog but I don't have space for it.

I tore up a Republican campaign sign that someone had planted in my front yard without my permission.

It's time to finish this baby set that I started knitting before my stroke. I need to sew eyes, a nose and features on the kitty's face, attach pink buttons for closures and put a swirl of white lace around the neckline.

Next stop: the kitten booties!

Thanks to my dad for teaching me to knit.

(I've done larger gauge patterns since my stroke but nothing tiny and intricate like this one).

Sorry for the bad lighting. It's snow white and pink.

^OMG that is adorable! You're really good at sewing, it's really well done! (The teddy is also Super cute!)

Thanks, April. If I could only get the courage to start. It's taken me an hour just to find the pattern and the proper gauge needles. I'm awful at starting or finishing anything (this particular set hasn't been touched in about seven years).

There is no intended recipient, thankfully ... or they'd be driving by now.

:wtg: maybe someone who knows you did that as a practical joke.

What made me happy is that my girlfreind's sister paid me back the $40 she owed me & treated me to Papa Johns for helping her move some today. She's moving to a different apartment in the same building.
