I love a good ploughmans lunch:

Pork pie, mature cheddar, pickled onions, spring onions, lettuce, tomato, and some crusty bread buttered.

I made myself ill in 2007 with that diet. My gallbladder nearly packed in. Have recovered now and trying to keep to <13 stone. ( I think I was around 15.5 stone back then).
