I'm not saying it was Aliens ...
Threads are not dead that can eternal lie
And with strange eons, even Death may die.
It's always bothered me that so many descriptions of aliens (fictional and IRL) are very humanoid. Never seemed plausible to me that they'd match the human body plan so closely. Far-out hypothesis: all these humanoids are not the aliens themselves, but puppets or artificial beings created to interact with humans! In which case, the Greys and so on would be crude early models; the Nordics ultra-deluxe models where they've done a much better job on the faces...

I will start. It seems likely to me that humanity is a seeded intelligence of a higher life source that came to the planet a few 100,000 years ago and has assisted man in his evolution. I am also current on the Anunnaki theories about humanity being a type of slave race that is here on this planet to assist in extracting its valuable minerals for our slave masters the Anunnaki. I am also up to date on the lizard people theories as well. If anyone wants to go in extreme detail on any of these, please be my guest. If there are other theories by all means have at it. I have watched a few videos from "The Disclosure Project" founder Steven Macon Greer. Just curious if this is a curiosity limited to me or if this is a broadly defined interest of most Aspies. Lord King of all the Aspies, Gary McKinnon, clearly shares this fascination.
If you don't believe in aliens, that's great not sure why you opened this thread and why you would feel the need to post.
I admit I don't believe in that aforementioned stuff, like it sounds like a cool story but yeah I don't buy it. Doesn't mean I don't believe aliens exist, the universe is huge to me it seems odd to think us and the wildlife on our planet are the only living things in the whole expanse. Granted there is a chance some of the life out there we may not even be able to comprehend as such.
Also I saw something weird with two witnesses, like it wasn't just me and all any of us had was a little weed and beer, nothing hallucinogenic. Four orbs in the sky, looked kind of like commets but were just dancing around in the sky a lot of times when they moved their tails disappeared behind them. Than at one point the four of them lined up in a square formation and did a blinking pattern and then just floated off again. Initially they looked like those fire-works that leave a tail that is up until the point they started dancing around in the sky rather than falling till they disappeared. I have not found anything yet that describes such a thing as a natural phenomena so perhaps that was aliens.
Have you found any theories about that kind of thing?

Hah the Greys are what those aliens think humans look like lol
Imagine the design lab, "yes they won't be able to tell the difference..."

Actually yes!
Saw something similar under more than just a little bit of weed, the person I was with saw it too and claimed a veil was lifted to make us more receptive to seeing this. It wasn't as intricate as you described, and frankly I was way out in outer space myself that all I was able to store in long term memory was that around dusk there were 2 such lights in the sky that were flying at a fairly low altitude. Also allegedly people have even more elaborate encounters whilst under the influence of ayahuasca.

I am not disagreeing with you but I was wondering if something like this could be the result of people playing with drones?

This happened circa 2005 or so before drones were a popular hobby but maybe?
This sounds identical to the Arizona lights...do you live near there? the skeptics argue the lights in formation are a result of flares released from jet fighters, but I have seen videos where 3-4 lights behave in exactly the same manner as you describe.
So in a court of law multiple witnesses seeing the same thing is accepted as valid except when UFOs are involved (of course the question about your observations under the influence of ganja and alcohol might also be under scrutiny).
And with strange eons, even Death may die.
Amen brother....as the OP has relinquished responsibility I shall take on the burden.
There are two perspectives here - i) intelligent life doesn't have to look like Brad Pitt, why can't a squid like creature live on a waterworld and have advanced technology? but there's also the perspective ii) that life evolves in a manner like on earth so evolution leads to higher intelligences that are carbon based, bipedal, bilaterally symmetrical etc..so will invariably be humanoid or at least arms/legs

She lives near Denver Colorado. Not exactly "near" that part of Arizona. But not exactly far. The same time zone.
But to a space alien who has just traversed five hundred light years of interstellar space in a saucer to get to Earth, the entire width and breadth of Earth is microscopic. So if it really were aliens the proximity of the two states wouldnt matter. Aliens could just as easily visit any part of earth. It would matter if it were some other, mundane cause. Mundane causes are likely to be local. Like if the USAF had a base, and had strange aircraft doing strange maneuvers in one state, then yes. you might see the same things in the neighboring state.
In the old days there was a perception UFOs appeared randomly without much purpose but today we know when you plot UFO sightings against geographic Lat/Long GPS coordinates that certain sites such as airforces bases and nuclear launch sites that sightings cluster quite tightly around these specific sites.
The cluster of sightings around Arizona coincide with Luke airforce base and military bases

I've always been inclined towards the first view (and also to the view that a planet doesn't have to be Earth-like to have life). Which is why I think that if there are humanoid aliens visiting us, either it's a stonking huge coincidence or something more complex is going on.
Still, convergent evolution is a thing. I'd be curious to see what Earthlike body-plans are thought likely to evolve on other worlds. The most obvious ones are "worm" and "tree." Being a tube-shaped animal that eats whatever is in front of it, and being a very tall photosynthesiser competing for light are both good strategies for a whole range of possible worlds. Hard to say about more complex forms. And I wonder whether if bipedal dinosaurs like Dromeosaurus had evolved into tool-users, they'd have ended up with an upright humanoid posture?

Well actually Sweatleaf's home of Denver, and my mom's hometown of Colorado Springs (fifty miles to the south-both on the foothills of the front range of the Rockies) are both home to air force bases.
Colorado Springs has both Peterson AFB, and the Airforce Academy (with its airstrip). And Denver has Buckley AFB.
So either...the airforce has its own high tech aircraft, or drones, doing crazy stuff in the central Colorado night skies. Or the bases are attracting UFOs like flies to manure, to that part of Colorado!
