funny thing is, that when i'm ready, i sleep like the dead. just that "ready" happens at less-than-convenient times relative the outer world.

No guarantee it will work but sleep hygiene is a real thing … especially as you age .

Wish had se3n this 1/2 hour ago after ,first waking . Would have responded and about some sort of dirty thoughts .. needing to be expressed ..or something like that .? It’s too early… want more ,,, need more sleep . Going to be a tough morning at this rate .. maybe the whole day ….??? Sleeep. Sleeeeep. ,, please come back to me …
