more honest human beings. I feel manipulated by everything and everyone. I used to have blind trust in everyone. I want that feeling back

I'm glad you have that going for you. I want to believe in humanity, here and now. I maybe don't live in reality.

humanity is a bunch of strugging imperfect spirits having a human experience as living souls on earth. to "believe in humanity" is to believe in biblical long-suffering. it is not for the meek.

That may be a perspective for biblical dwelling human beings. I am not in that clique. Thanks for the advice.
