1.} People who spit on sidewalks because not only that is gross, it's insensitive.

2.} Children who act like adults, either children take after their parents too much or because of uncaring parents.

3.} Parents with young children but don't care about their children's education. Such parents either need to take parenting classes or have their children taken away from them.
