Mick, that's exactly why I can't work for anyone anymore, period. I have to work for myself now. I don't like other people, (who usually don't know what the Hell they are doing in the first place) to limit me or hold me back in anyway. I absolutely hate when someone else is in control of what I can and cannot do, unless I trust them enough to give them that kind of control and when I know they're only looking out for me. I believe she should of asked you and talked to you about it first.
