It varies. I speak with a very bass voice and quite monotonously; that much is always true. I also have great difficulty controlling the volume of my voice and because it is so deep my voice carries; I'm not a good late night house guest if you have sleeping housemates in the next room 
If I am anxious I stammer and forget words, sometimes become completely non-verbal. If I'm talking about a topic about which I am passionate or knowledgeable then I am much more eloquent and outspoken.
