It’s the 6th anniversary of my mom death :cry: :cry: She died on a Thursday too 6 years ago :cry: I been crying on & off today, I been listening to music all day. I was a little depressed this morning, I stayed in bed until 12:45 in the afternoon.

Psychiatrist told me to make appointment two weeks later

So I should have scheduled it before leaving the building

It was far away

The phone call was hard to make

Psychiatrist said I was a "smart girl" . Not in condescending way

Getting over there took a lot of energy

Exhausted

It wanted to buy shoes
