I'm tired of reading sarcastic insults against specific members and against entire groups of society, inaccurate stereotypes, misandry, misogyny, virtue signalling, mudslinging, and whinging about other people's opinions which are deemed invalid by those who claim to know better. I also think it's very ironic that a thread called "Just Be Friendly" has deteriorated to such a sardonic, derisive battleground.

I wish WP felt more inclusive of everyone's voice. :(

I hope there is nothing I've said to make you feel this way. I never intend to come across in a way which may offend or hurt anyones feelings.

I hope your friends are OK.

What made me unhappy is that I have a headache. I have a screwed up sleep schedule lately & woke up with the headache last night. I was up for a few hours & ate & watched some TV before I went back to bed. I skipped lunch yesterday & that meal I ate last night was sorta like my supper I guess. I ate alittle more than I would of normally eaten for supper & I occasionally skip lunch other times. I'm not sure if I got the headache from my screwed up sleep or going too long without eating or a combo or something else. I still have it alittle when I recently woke up. I might of slept alittle more but had to pee & wasn't sure I could fall asleep after that so I decided to just stay up. I'll be eating breakfast in abit so maybe that'll help. I may take a med if it doesn't.
I still have the headache. I took a prescription Aleve when I ate breakfast & I took a migraine med too. I went to bed about an hour later cuz my head was still hurting. I slept for a few hours & then ate lunch shortly after I was up. The headache wasn't very bad after I got up but it was a bit worse a couple hours later so I went back to bed for a couple hours. I still had it when I got up & then I ate supper after about an hour & i took another Aleve. that was 3 hours ago & I still have the damned headache. I used to get migraines as a kid sometimes & I usually woke up with them & they were better after I slept for a few hours. I don't know what's going on with this one. I'll probably go back to bed soon.

Not at all, MG. You've always been more than polite and respectful!

I went to my GP for my tremor, and came away with a referral to hepatology for probable liver disease. The worst part is that the tremors and liver problem are both likely caused by psych meds.

I hope everything turns out fine. I have two liver conditions and I needed a liver biopsy, but it hasn't affected my life to date. I hope they can adjust your meds if need be.

I was born with a condition called Gilbert's Syndrome but I developed high liver enzymes as an adult because of other medical issues (also blood related). Most conditions can be treated or held in remission if you eat a healthy diet and you aren't a drinker or smoker. I'm sure your meds can be accommodated somehow if you need them.

Thanks for the hugs, Cecil. I'm okay today.

Woke up late and was running behind, but I'm caught up, now.
