My first day of volunteering at the Museum of Natural Science was a complete success.

the force is strong in this one.. ;)

tis indeed cognitive behavioural therapy, for fudo's OCD.
i assume people know, but for clarity, OCD stands for obsessive compulsive disorder.

Oh cool. Does it work?

well i've only had one appointment for OCD so cannot say empirically, however it has been shown to be the most effective treatment for OCD, as far as i'm aware.

It's pouring down rain a ton outside, I love it.

That's how it was here earlier...
My hair is still wet and I've been home for over two hours.
It doesn't help that my school (a secondary school) is nine buildings and I have classes in the lower floor of A, upper floor of A, B, C, F, and H... not in that order. (B, upper floor of A, H, C, lower floor of A, F.) It takes me seven minutes to walk from A to H, and there are sooo many people...
Yeah, so I was drenched from the rain all day today. It's a disgusting feeling.

Geez, that's a huge school. 8O My middle school and high school were both one building, and we only had 5 minutes to go between each class (and only 4 minutes in 8th grade for some reason). :P Where do you live anyway? East coast of the USA?

@Walter: Awesome! Conlanging is fun, but I always give up after I create the grammar and a few words.

Yep... how'd you guess? O_O

I always say I live in Switzerland because that's where my mind always wanders off to, but I really live in the U.S.

I'm still fluent in German despite this, however.

Yeah, love it.
Great harmonies, and sends a shiver up my spine.

I concur.

Dunno, just speculation. :D You said you got home two hours ago at 1:40 something my time, and many schools get out around 2pm or 3pm, so I just guessed.

That reminds me, my math teacher last year, 10th grade, was an au pair in Switzerland for several years, and spoke Schwyzerdütsch. Except she was a b***h, and I hated her... German dialects are much cooler than Hochdeutsch, especially Schwäbisch. 8)

jmnixon95 Yes, your avatar is not your run of the mill representation shall we say..
I often have trouble coming up with ideas for my own avatar choices..

I'm not familiar with this figure of speech; what does it mean, exactly?

Yes, sorry, and thanks. I'm not very good with the figures of speech.

I think your current one is the best you've had.

Thanks, as I was watching an interview with Michio Kaku regarding alien life and found it to be interesting therefore, I chose to use an image of him as an avatar..
