Astrology? I think you're thinking about astronomy.
Cosmology has to do with the universe as the whole, like the Big Bang. Astronomy has to do with the objects in the universe, such as comets and stars and planets.
Astrology is like, how do I explain this, the horoscopes depending on your zodiac sign.
I've watched a couple episodes and read a good part of the manga.

Well the bookstores near where I live don't sell the manga I like and I guess I've just never tried it...
