Im basically starving in my own home and have no money to buy groceries because my mom is in Georgia and has all my money.

Is there a food bank in your town? Some churches offer free meals.

I live in a big city and I don't know my way around very well. There are some very bad neighborhoods here and it's not a good idea yo go wondering around exploring.

Also I don't know how to drive or use a bus.

And I'm too irresponsible with money. My mom has to hold onto it for me.

Try to find out where a local food pantry is. It’s an easy thing to google, and there always are some around. Also, don’t knock getting food at a local church if you need to.
