I'm trying to log in to an account to do something important, but it's forcing me to change my log in and password. It says it sent me a secure access code but I've been waiting an hour for it to arrive in my email, and I can't contact customer support because they're closed. Where is my secure access code??! !! I'm ready to scream. The email address is correct but there's no code. Why do they make us change logins all the freaking time???
