Mushroom and cannelloni bean loaf with honey glazed roast (potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potato/yam, carrot, parsnip) and cabbage, zucchini, green beans and gravy.

A cream cheese, banana, and honey sandwich, made with wholemeal bread, and washed down with two mugs of strong (but decaffeinated) coffee, made in an Italian-style stove-top espresso maker. Evil and good at the same time.

A can of baked, white beans in tomato sauce, a few hours back.

I'm very hungry, now. If I would be dead, I wouldn't have to eat. I hate having to keep making the effort to eat, all the damned f*****g time.
