I love thick noodles, like udon and hokkien. So many good dishes can be made with those (I love Japanese cuisine, especially).
But I used to live on instant noodles when I was at university. My idea of "cooking" back then was adding random stuff to instant noodles – tuna, lemon or even cottage cheese. :roll:
