Remembering Prince, a lovely Siamese boy, who passed away on August 8, 2010 at the young age of 12. (For an animal in our family, and especially for a Siamese, that's very young. I had a Siamese girl who lived to be 20).

I ordered an important minijack to XLR adapter that I needed for a video shoot tomorrow. My camera doesn't support the microphone's output and simple converters don't work properly.

The equipment store that I ordered the adapter from has a guarantee that all orders before 11:59 pm will be delivered the next day. I even selected the next date as the date of delivery.

The next day I'm awaiting my package that had yet to arrive. I check the tracking code and apparently it didn't even arrive at the delivery service yet. So I have to wait another day. Unfortunately that day, which was today, I couldn't receive my package as I had to be at work but because I had to sign it apparently they also couldn't hand it to my neighbors and now I have to wait until tomorrow to receive the package, but it will already be too late as I need to be in the train for the video shoot tomorrow morning.

Now I have to use two different cameras to record the video and synchronise the audio in post production because I can't connect my microphone to my own camera. This is very annoying because it's a very important video for the client and I had even arranged someone to operate the camera so we could use two reporters at the same time without them having to switch between filming and presenting but now I have to figure out a solution.

Coming back from vacation today, have to go back to work on Monday, dreading sending an email to let them know I'm quitting.

Autism Forums just banned me until September because they can't tell the difference between "hate speech" and seeing things for what they truly are, and not being afraid to tell the world about it, whether they like it or not.

At least things on this site are a little less hypersensitive. Usually.
