Spent much of the day in my bedroom trying to cope as I have been going in and out of the fringes of partial shutdown. I can't say anything about it as no one will understand and will blame me for saying it which may take me into a full shutdown, so I have to keep quiet and let evetyone carry on making noise etc. Then they went so I managed to drive my Mum to a shop to get supplies. We now have food. And I have a working phone now.
But this evening, on top of feeling partial shutdown, I suddenly hit depressoon... Grrr!
I need to rise above it.

I dislike going to the eye doctor because I feel uncomfortable during the part where I have to do eye contact and when I have to talk to them. I get scared. I wear glasses for reading. They are prescription

Doctor etchiverri was one hour late, wasted only fifteen minutes with me, and prescribed Wellbutrin

Felt like gorging

I accidentally enhanced Pluto's House again in my game. :x Gameloft really needs to add in the conformation button asking if you are sure you want to enhance it. I am taking that thing off my land once I get enough castle tokens again so I won't have that happen again on accident losing my rare blueprints this time.

They didn't make me do eye contact. For me it was nose contact.

I found a place I really want to reserve on AirBnB for my trip but my twin said she won't have her October work schedule until next week and I'm freaking out that it's gonna be gone by then. :(

Having trouble sleeping at night, can't fall asleep until dawn. Waking up a lot during sleep.

Worrying I'm in the early stages of stomach or throat cancer.

Keep forgetting the first week of the month I'm now supposed to pay for groceries entirely out of my own government-funded money instead of getting an extra 40 dollars from my parents now that they're retired. That might not seem a big deal but whenever my check comes in I usually buy something "special" with it.

Worrying I'm in the early stages of dementia.

Feeling isolated and confined to may apartment because I find it too hot and muggy out to walk anywhere and don't have extra money for a cab, and my social worker is still off because of her injured foot.

Murricans.

Worrying I'm starting to relapse back into the person filled with intense hatred and violent tendencies that I was before I was diagnosed with Asperger's.

Summer just seems to make me feel and act nasty. Still behave well when out with my parents, though. Thank goodness. Internet mainly the place for nastiness.

Dreary and cold in the morning and hot at night. I was soaked in sweat last night.

I disliked the uniform of a member of staff who was serving me in Harrods, as well as the music that was playing.
