Excellent customer service from Apple. They're refunding my recent charger purchase 100% but letting me keep the charger and also sending me a new one free of charge.

Quick and easy customer service by Mastercard. I had a fraudulent charge which they removed, no questions asked.

If only both companies could do something about the bad music while people are on hold.

One of my closest friends from work informed me that she'll be at a party I'm throwing tomorrow to celebrate the launch of a Kickstarter campaign I've put together to get a book published (hopefully). Even if it's only for a little while, I don't think she realizes how much it means to me just for her to be there. She's also the one who's going to be designing the cover of my book.
